About Us

The Association of Reproductive Embryology is a voluntary association of workers who are involved in or interested in reproductive embryology and contribute to its further development.

The Association of Reproductive Embryology is a professional association of clinical embryologists and medical laboratory technicians for sexology and assisted reproduction pursuant to §2(k), §48(1), (d)(2), §52(1), §54(2), §59(2), §60(1), §60a(1), and §71(4)(d) and (5) of Act No. 96/2004 Coll, on the conditions for acquiring and recognising competence to practice non-medical health professions and to perform activities related to the provision of health care and on amending certain related acts (Act on non-medical health professions), as amended by Act No 339/2008.

The Association of Reproductive Embryology is a professional society that organises lifelong learning and participates in the acquisition of professional and specialised competence of clinical embryologists and medical laboratory technicians.

The Association of Reproductive Embryology was founded in 1999 and registered by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic on 4 November 1999. The founding committee consisted of RNDr. Alice Malenovská, Ing. Jiří Priesnitz and Mgr. Gabriela Tauwinklová.
